Payment and delivery review
Before a full refund or refund of the undelivered share, the store checks the payment, any earlier refunds and the supplier state. An uncertain payment or delivery outcome is held for reconciliation. A refund is not automatically approved just because delivery is delayed.
Amount and currency
The saved order and confirmed payment amount in USD determine the refund limit. Reference RUB prices and later exchange-rate changes do not recalculate that amount. The payment provider must confirm the refund result before it is marked complete.
Pending approval
Eligibility, statutory rights, cancellation rules, payment route and banking deadlines must be approved for the merchant jurisdiction and Big Pay contract before real sales. This staging environment performs only simulated refunds.
