This Privacy Policy explains what data Socland collects when you use this website, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
- Order data: the platform, service, quantity, the public link or username you submit, your e-mail address, the order amount and the payment status. This is what we need to deliver and support your order.
- Account data (only if you register): your e-mail address, a hashed password and your order history.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser type, kept in server logs and with the order for fraud and abuse prevention (for example, rate limiting).
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by e-mail.
We do not collect your card details. Payments happen on the secure page of our payment provider, which only reports to us whether a payment succeeded. We never ask for or store passwords to your social media accounts.
Why we use it
- To deliver the ordered service and show you its progress.
- To send transactional e-mails: order confirmation, delivery updates, refunds, account e-mails. We do not send marketing e-mails without your consent.
- To answer your messages.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
Who else sees it
- Payment provider receives the order amount and an order reference to process your card payment.
- Delivery partners receive only the public link or username and the quantity, never your e-mail.
- Hosting and e-mail providers that run this website and send our e-mails.
We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
The site uses only functional cookies: a cart/session cookie while you order and a login cookie if you sign in. There are no advertising trackers.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and dispute handling. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data attached to it; we then keep only what the law obliges us to keep.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to us through the contact form from the e-mail address you used for your orders.
