Short answers to the questions we hear most often. Anything else? Ask us.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Select a network, service, quality and listed package. Enter the public target and e-mail, review the USD total and use the displayed payment method.
Do you need my password?
Never. Use a public username or a link to the required post.
Which links are accepted?
Follow the hint next to the target field. Profile and post services require different targets. Keep the target public and unchanged.
Do I need an account?
Guest checkout is available. Access to account orders requires authentication and, where requested, e-mail verification.
Payment
How can I pay?
Review the payment method and confirmed USD total at checkout. RUB is a reference estimate. This staging store uses Fake Big Pay; never enter real card details.
My payment was declined or the link expired. What now?
Contact support with the existing order reference. A failed or expired session needs reconciliation before another payment attempt; do not pay again until the outcome is confirmed.
Can I use a coupon?
Enter a valid coupon before payment and check the final USD total.
Delivery
When does delivery start?
After authoritative payment confirmation and safety checks. Timing depends on the supplier; no fixed completion time is guaranteed.
How do qualities differ?
Qualities refer to different mapped supplier services. Actual characteristics and refill conditions require supplier confirmation; a label does not guarantee real users or organic reach.
My order needs manual review. What should I do?
Contact support with the order number. Do not create a replacement order or repeat payment while payment or delivery is uncertain.
Can I change a target or cancel?
Do not assume a paid order can be redirected. Support must check the saved order and supplier state before deciding what is possible.
Refunds
When can I request a refund?
Contact support for a review of payment and delivery. The undelivered share may require reconciliation. Read the Refund Policy; legal eligibility and banking timelines require approved provider terms.
